Principle Accountabilities:

• Cyclical calling to ensure accounts are maintained and new accounts are opened.
• Daily communication with "Agency Staff" to confirm availability and opportunity.

To maintain customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing an excellent Customer Service, including:-
• Supporting sales and service activities by competent, accurate and timely administration.
• Updating customer accounts requests, as appropriate.
• Regular customer account contact to check on needs and update them on the services available.
• Following up conversion and conservation opportunities in a timely manner and in accordance with the sales process of Core Connexions

As a Consultant, you will be required to provide a consultancy service and manage a pool of candidates matching their skills to the needs of clients. You will also be responsible for growing your desk to ensure that your stake in the business within our London Bridge based office grows and develops.

Finance Assistant – London Bridge
We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team at Core Connexions.
Find Out More... Located within a 5 minute walk from London Bridge, the successful candidate will be joining a friendly team in a vibrant office of a rapidly growing Recruitment Agency.

Please only apply if you have current working knowledge of Sage Payroll and Sage Line 50 as you will be responsible for weekly payroll administration. Candidates without this experience will not be considered for this vacancy.

Salary Competitive based on skills & experience.

You will be part of a busy Financial Department under the leadership of the Head of Finance and you will report directly to the Head of Finance. Your duties will involve
- Responsibility for payroll administration and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working closely with HR department to ensure that all necessary documentation is in place for staff re- imbursements to proceed.
- Invoicing and resolving any issues that may arise
- General bookkeeping and financial duties (e.g. VAT, PAYE etc)
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Daily cash flow
- Credit control

You'll be scheduled to work 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, although you should be prepared to put in some extra time when there are big projects on the go or deadlines to be met.

SKILLS AND INTERESTS

Medical Compliance Officer – London Bridge

We are growing rapidly and we are currently recruiting experienced Medical Compliance Officers to continue to provide the quality of service our clients and candidates have become accustomed to.

In this role you will be working in a friendly & lively office, to ensure that our temporary workers compliance levels are in line with CQC/Framework standards to enable them to complete work placements through Core Connexions.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Duties include:
- Sourcing & verifying references
- Checking of ID documents
- CRB applications & verification
- Professional registration checking
- Verifying medical records
- Verifying work eligibility
- Training history confirmation
- File checking to ensure candidates remain fully compliant and renewing documentation when required

Required skills & experience:
- Minimum of 1 year medical compliance experience(specifically for Nurses & Health Care Assistants would be an advantage)
- Good computer skills, for Excel & Word in particular

Working hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:
- Assisting with processing a weekly payroll
- Dealing with staff payroll issues both on the telephone and face to face
- Input data from weekly staff timesheets
- Input or amend staff data i.e. new starter details, changes to bank details etc.
- Other administrative duties relating to payroll

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months general administrative experience is essential.
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience of both Microsoft Excel and Word
- Have a professional and positive 'can do' attitude

Monday & Tuesday - days off
3 nights per week On-Call (at home with mobile phone & laptop provided) - for instance Saturday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The job role is to provide Out of Hours service to our clients. This involves working to fill shift requests while delivering customer service.
This means making & receiving a high volume of calls in order to meet our client's staffing needs, ensuring working arrangements are 100% confirmed on both sides and recording these bookings accurately, to deliver a friendly & efficient service.
